​You have 2 calendar days to request a refund for a service from the date you completed transaction.

​​Refunds

​Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you that we have received your refund request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after we receive your request.​​

​​When your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

​​Service Fee

​You will be responsible for paying a $15 service fee for any service immediately rendered upon your request during initial purchase of a service should you choose to request a refund within the 2 calendar days. 

​​If you receive a refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.
